Private Dining and Events
Looking to host on Bond? We have two event spaces ideal for when you feel like celebrating, be it an engagement party, birthday, anniversary, holiday party..or just drinks with friends.
Built into the historic building that houses us are a private back room and private downstairs wine cellar. Whether it's our chef cooking up a corporate dinner or a personalized experience for a brand activation, we are happy to work with you on dreaming up an elegant, but still fun!, affair.

Back Room
Our back room can be privatized for events - it has a 50 person standing capacity and a 26 person seated dinner capacity. Additionally, it can be combined with our downstairs space for an 80 person standing capacity.
Downstairs
Our downstairs wine cellar can be privatized for events - it has a 30 person standing capacity and a 12 person seated dinner capacity. Additionally, it can be combined with the backroom for an 80 person standing capacity.
Full Buyout
A full buyout of Jac's on Bond includes our front room (100 person standing capacity), our back room (50 person standing capacity), and our downstairs (30 person standing capacity) for a total standing capacity of 180.
Food and Beverage
Assembled by Michelin starred Chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske, our food menu is comprised of bar snacks and small plates. For events, we add Atlantic salmon and 24 hour brined chicken entrees to the existing selections to create a four course private dining experience (available for private events only).
Our drink program was recognized by Tales of the Cocktail as a "10 Best New Bars of the East Coast" and has been written up by Vogue, the New York Times and Eater. Comprised of house specialities, classic cocktails and a non alcoholic menu, our drink program has cocktails for every occassion.
